The Bullet 650 will be available in two colour options – Cannon Black and Battleship Blue.

The new Bullet 650 is powered by Royal Enfield’s parallel twin 650cc air/oil cooled engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.

It has a fuel tank capacity of 14.7 litre.

Much like Classic 650, the Bullet 650 generates a maximum power of around 47 bhp at 7250 rpm and 52.3 Nm torque at 5650 rpm.

The motorcycle is built on a steel tubular spine frame and comes equipped with Showa suspension, featuring 41 mm front forks and twin rear hydraulic shock absorbers.

The Bullet 650 has a kerb weight of 243 kg and ground clearance of 154 mm, similar to a Classic 650.

It has a single-step up seat, unlike the Classic 650, which comes with a removable pillion seat.

The motorcycle retains signature Bullet styling cues, including the teardrop-shaped fuel tank, hand-painted pinstripes, and chrome-finished peashooter exhausts.

The Bullet 650 also gets a casquette-mounted LED headlamp, “tiger-eye” pilot lamps, retro-styled aluminium switchgear and a semi-digital instrument console displaying information such as fuel level, trip meter, gear position indicator and service reminders.

The company said customers will also be able to personalise the motorcycle with a range of genuine accessories.

First introduced in 1932, the Bullet is among the world’s longest-running motorcycles in continuous production and remains one of Royal Enfield’s most recognisable models.

“With the all-new Royal Enfield Bullet 650, our approach was not to reinterpret the Bullet, but to elevate it with modernity and authenticity,” B Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Limited and CEO - Royal Enfield, said.

“Every element -- from its proportions and silhouette to its stance and detailing -- has been carefully evolved to retain the pure essence and character of the iconic machine, while seamlessly integrating the power and refinement of the parallel twin 650cc platform,” he added.

Royal Enfield has been steadily expanding its 650cc portfolio, which currently includes models such as the Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650.
