PGIM India Asset Management has announced changes to its key personnel and fund management structure through an addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of PGIM India Mutual Fund.

Bhupesh Kalyani will cease to be Fund Manager – Fixed Income and Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours on February 24, 2026. His name will accordingly be removed from the ‘Information on Key Personnel’ section under ‘The Asset Management Company’ in the SAI.

Effective February 25, 2026, Sandeep Devan has been designated as Fund Manager and Dealer, Fixed Income. In addition, Akhil Dhar has been appointed as Fund Manager and Credit Analyst, Fixed Income and will be included as Key Personnel of the AMC.

Dhar, 34, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He brings over nine years of experience in credit analysis and research. Before joining PGIM India Asset Management, he served as Chief Manager at IndusInd Bank and previously worked with CARE Ratings and India Ratings and Research in analytical roles.

Following these changes, fund management responsibilities across several schemes have been revised. The PGIM India Overnight Fund and PGIM India CRISIL IBX Gilt Index Apr 2028 Fund will now be managed by Sandeep Devan and Puneet Pal. Several debt schemes, including the Liquid Fund, Ultra Short-Term Fund, Money Market Fund, Dynamic Bond Fund, Corporate Bond Fund and Gilt Fund, will be managed by Puneet Pal and Akhil Dhar.

Akhil Dhar also joins the fund management teams of the Large Cap Fund and ELSS Tax Saver Fund. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
