Income distribution in three schemes of LIC Mutual Fund announced

LIC Mutual Fund (LIC MF) has announced distributions under the Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) option across three of its schemes. They are LIC MF Aggressive Hybrid Fund, LIC MF Equity Savings Fund and LIC MF Arbitrage Fund.

The distributions have been approved by LIC Mutual Fund Trustee, the trustee to LIC Mutual Fund. The record date for all three schemes is August 25, 2026, or the immediate next Business Day if August 25 is not a Business Day.
Under LIC MF Aggressive Hybrid Fund, the quantum of IDCW has been fixed at ₹0.12 per unit on the face value of ₹10 per unit. The distribution will be available under the Regular Plan – IDCW Option.
For LIC MF Equity Savings Fund, the quantum of IDCW has been fixed at ₹ 0.10 per unit on the face value of ₹10 per unit. The distribution will be applicable under both the Regular Plan – Monthly IDCW Option and Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW Option.
Meanwhile, LIC MF Arbitrage Fund has declared an IDCW of ₹0.06 per unit on the face value of ₹10 per unit. The distribution will be made under the Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW Option.

The record date determines the eligibility of investors to receive the declared distribution. Investors holding units under the applicable plans on the record date, subject to the scheme's terms and applicable conditions, will be eligible for the distribution.

The latest announcements cover three different categories of mutual fund strategies. The Aggressive Hybrid Fund combines equity and debt investments, while the Equity Savings Fund invests across equity, debt and arbitrage opportunities. The Arbitrage Fund primarily seeks to benefit from price differentials between the cash and derivatives markets.
