ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) payouts for two of its schemes and made changes to the fund management teams of several mutual funds.

IDCW announced for two schemes

The fund house has declared monthly IDCW under the following schemes, with August 4, 2026 set as the record date (or the next business day if August 4 is a non-business day):

*Applicable to the Monthly IDCW and Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW options on the face value of ₹10 per unit.

What this means for investors

Only investors holding units under the IDCW option as of the record date will be eligible for the announced distribution. Investors in the Growth option are not eligible, as returns under that option remain invested in the scheme.

Fund manager changes across schemes

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has updated the fund management teams for several schemes through an addendum to their Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs).

Key revisions include:
ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Sankaran Naren, Antariksha Banerjee, Manish Banthia, Akhil Kakkar, Gaurav Chikane (for ETCDs), Sharmila D'silva and Masoomi Jhurmarvala.
ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Sankaran Naren, Mittul Kalawadia, Manish Banthia, Akhil Kakkar, Sharmila D'silva and Nitya Mishra.
ICICI Prudential ESG Exclusionary Strategy Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Mittul Kalawadia and Ayush Shah.
ICICI Prudential Exports and Services Fund: The fund management has been revised to Sri Sharma.
ICICI Prudential US Bluechip Equity Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Ritesh Lunawat, Sharmila D'silva, Nitya Mishra and Venus Ahuja.
ICICI Prudential Aggressive Hybrid Active FOF: The fund management team has been revised to Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Banthia and Ritesh Lunawat.
ICICI Prudential Global Stable Equity Fund (FOF): The fund management team has been revised to Ritesh Lunawat, Sharmila D'silva and Venus Ahuja.
ICICI Prudential Strategic Metal and Energy Equity Fund of Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Sharmila D'silva and Venus Ahuja.
ICICI Prudential Nasdaq 100 Index Fund: The fund management team has been revised to Sharmila D'silva, Nitya Mishra and Venus Ahuja.

All other provisions of the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of these schemes remain unchanged.
