This platform is managed by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and is free of cost.

"Dear EPF Members, EPF services are free of cost and mostly available online. If you are facing any issue, you can lodge a complaint on our portal – EPFiGMS," EPFO posted on X.

Meanwhile, the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has streamlined the process for members to link their Aadhaar with their Universal Account Number (UAN) and update personal details. This can now be done easily through the UMANG mobile app.
How to Link Aadhaar to UAN with the UMANG App:
  • Open and log in to the UMANG app.

  • Go to "Services" and select the EPFO section.

  • Choose "e-KYC Services" and then "Aadhaar Seeding."

  • Enter your UAN and verify with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

  • Enter your Aadhaar number and verify with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile or email.

  • Once both OTPs are verified, your Aadhaar is linked.

This simplified process ensures your EPF account is compliant and ready for online services.
