Software development firm Ksolves India has declared an interim dividend of ₹7.5 per share. The record date is Tuesday, March 25.

Core investment company Kama Holdings' board will meet on Monday, March 24, to consider the second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
"The Interim Dividend, if declared, would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date, i.e., Friday, the 28th March, 2025," the company said in an exchange filing.
The shareholders of Enbee Trade & Finance will receive one new share for every six existing shares held (1:6). The record date for this has been set as Monday, March 24.
Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners has proposed an allotment of 39,00,300 bonus equity shares of ₹10 each in the ratio of 1:1. The record date is March 26.
KBC Global's board will also offer bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, and the record date is set as March 28.
The ratio of the rights issue is 4 equity shares for every nine equity shares held by the shareholders as of the record date, March 24.
