  2. Tata Power bags project SPV ERES-XXXIX from REC Power Development

    Tata Power on Thursday said it has secured ERES-XXXIX Power Transmission Ltd, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV), from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd.

    In a regulatory filing Tata Power said it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of REC Ltd, to acquire ERES-XXXIX Power Transmission Ltd.

  3. Bajaj Auto shares tumble over 9% after Q2 earnings

    Shares of Bajaj Auto on Thursday morning cracked over 9% after the firm reported a 31% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit after tax for the second quarter ended September 30, 2024.

    The stock tanked 9.27% to ₹10,540 on the BSE. At the NSE, it slumped 9.30% to ₹10,536.
