Godrej Properties raises ₹1,275 crore through issues of non-convertible debentures
Realty firm Godrej Properties has raised ₹1,275.40 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company said the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company approved the allotment of 93,540 unsecured redeemable NCDs of the face value of ₹1 lakh each, aggregating to ₹935.40 crore.

Piramal Pharma Q1 net loss narrows at ₹88.64 crore
Piramal Pharma Ltd on Friday reported a narrowing of consolidated net loss at ₹88.64 crore in the first quarter that ended June 30, 2024, on the back of higher sales.
The company had posted a consolidated net loss of ₹98.58 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, Piramal Pharma said in a regulatory filing.
Consolidated revenue from operations in Q1 FY25 stood at ₹1,951.14 crore as compared to ₹1,748.85 crore in the year-ago period, the company added.

Tech Mahindra shares tank nearly 6% after earnings announcement
Shares of IT services firm Tech Mahindra slumped nearly 6% on Friday after the company's revenues declined by 1.2% during the June quarter.
The stock tanked 5.52% to ₹1,445.50 on the BSE.
At the NSE, it tumbled 5.60 per cent to ₹1,444.25 apiece.
