Waaree Energies share price rises over 1% on 125 MW solar module order win

The stock was trading 1.25% higher at ₹2,731 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 11:20 am. The market capitalisation stood at ₹78,482.79 crore.

The stock had recorded its 52-week high of ₹3,865 per share on September 12, 2025, while its 52-week low of ₹2,403 apiece was hit on January 21, 2026.

The scrip has declined 3.57% in the past week and 10% in a month. Year-to-date, it fell 7.65%.

In an exchange filing on Wednesday, Waaree Energies said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has received an order for the supply of 125 MW solar modules from a renowned international customer that owns and manages utility-scale renewable power projects.

As per the deal, Waaree Solar Americas will supply its high-efficiency HJT (Heterojunction Technology) solar modules to the customer in the financial year 2026-27.

Last week, Waaree Energies received 212 MW solar modules order from a renowned global customer that owns and manages utility-scale renewable power projects.

On July 16, the company's subsidiary, Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd, had announced the commencement of its advanced automated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Container Manufacturing Facility.

The 5.15 GWh BESS Container Manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, intelligent material handling, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), automated assembly lines, and advanced testing and quality assurance systems.
