Tega Industries shares rally 11% to hit 52-week high as subsidiary bags order worth ₹126 crore

Tega Industries shares surged as much as 10% to hit their 52-week high of ₹2,149 apiece on Monday, September 21, as the firm's subsidiary bagged a major order.

The manufacturer of consumables for the mining industry secured an order worth ₹126 crore from Kalpataru Projects International.

The order covers the design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, transportation and supply of the equipment, along with supervision of erection, testing, commissioning and performance guarantee demonstration, as per the terms of the contract.

“…Company has been informed vide email communication dated September 18, 2026, that Tega McNally Minerals Limited (“TMML”), a wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Kalpataru Projects International Limited,” Tega Industries said in a regulatory filing.

The domestic order is expected to be completed over a period of 14 months.

As of June 30, 2026, Tega Industries’ total order book stood at ₹1,231 crore.

Tega Industries dividend updates

Earlier this month, the company’s board of directors considered and recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, representing 20% of the face value of ₹10 per share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Tega Industries had fixed September 14, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for FY26.

If the final dividend recommended by the board of directors is approved at the AGM, the dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be paid on or before October 23, 2026.

The company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026.

At 2:30 PM, Tega Industries shares were trading at ₹2,126.4 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, surging 9.44%.

From the beginning of the year, Tega Industries shares have gained 9%. Over a month’s time, the stock has soared 22%, while for a six-month period, it has rallied 34%.
