Waaree Energies: The company on Monday reported a 17% rise in consolidated net profit at ₹375.6 crore in the July-September quarter, helped by higher income.

The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted a ₹320.1 crore profit for the July-September period of the preceding 2023-24 fiscal year.

This is Waaree Energies's first quarterly result since its listing on October 28. Its market debut was at ₹2,550, reflecting a jump of 69.66% from the issue price of ₹1,503.

ONGC, NTPC: ONGC NTPC Green Private Ltd (ONGPL) has been incorporated as a 50:50 joint venture company of NTPC Green Energy Limited and ONGC Green Limited.
While NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of power giant NTPC, ONGC Green Limited (OGL) is a subsidiary of oil major Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

The JV has been formed to explore and set up renewable energy (RE) projects/assets in India and overseas through greenfield development and acquisitions.

SBI: The country's largest lender, State Bank of India, on Monday said it has raised ₹10,000 crore through its seventh infrastructure bond issuance.

SBI raised ₹10,000 crore on Monday at a coupon rate of 7.23% through its seventh infrastructure bond issuance. The total number of bids received was 85, indicating wider participation with heterogeneity of bids.

ZEEL: Punit Goenka, managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) of Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL), on Monday requested the board of directors to relinquish his position as MD to focus entirely on his operational responsibilities as CEO.

ITI Ltd: The telecom manufacturing company has received a contract worth around ₹95 crore from the Directorate of Geology & Mining, Government of Uttarakhand, for the Mining Digital Transformation & Surveillance System (MDTSS) project.

The Uttarakhand government envisaged this project for effective prevention of illegal mining and mineral transportation and to increase its revenue in the state. 

GMR Airports: GMR Airports Ltd. on Monday, November 18, reported growth in October 2024, handling over 10.7 million passengers, marking a 9.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase.
Reliance Power: Two Reliance Group firms—Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure—have reconstituted their boards by elevating four senior officials to their respective boards.

Ashok Pal, CFO of Reliance Power, has been promoted to the position of executive director in the company, the group said.

Shilpa Medicare: Shilpa Medicare Limited’s 100% subsidiary, Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences Limited, received the certificate of suitability (CEP) from EDQM (European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & Healthcare) for API, Octreotide. Octreotide is a synthetic peptide manufactured by Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences through solid-phase synthesis.

Acromegaly, severe diarrhea/flushing episodes associated with metastatic carcinoid tumors, profuse watery diarrhea associated with vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) secreting tumors.

Globus Spirits: Elpro International sold 1.79 lakh shares (0.62%) at ₹827.63 apiece. 
PNB Housing Finance: As per news reports, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE sold 15.38 lakh shares (0.59%) at ₹864.11 apiece.
PG Electroplast Ltd. (PGEL): The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, PG Technoplast Pvt. Ltd., has signed a definitive agreement with Spiro Mobility to become an exclusive manufacturing partner for the manufacturing of the EVs of Spiro Mobility (Spiro) in India.
MedPlus Health: PI Opportunities Fund-I and SBI Mutual Fund sold shares of MedPlus Health Services worth ₹552.55 crore in a block deal on NSE on Monday. Both funds sold 78.93 lakh shares at ₹700 apiece.
