Shringar House of Mangalsutra share price: Shares of Shringar House of Mangalsutra soared as much as 2.17% to a fresh lifetime high of ₹210.50 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, October 8, after reporting its first quarter results for the 2025-26 financial year (Q1FY26).

The stock soared to a fresh record high, extending its gains for the third consecutive session, rising 27.58% from its IPO issue price of ₹165 apiece. At around 12:11 pm, the scrip was trading 1.9% higher at ₹209.95 per equity share.

The recently listed jewellery maker on Tuesday posted a 67.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit to ₹28.5 crore in the June quarter of FY26, as against ₹17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During the quarter under review, the company’s revenue from operations grew 22.7% YoY to ₹332.6 crore, compared to ₹271.1 crore in the June quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q1FY25).

At an operational level, the jewellery maker’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operational profit, witnessed an increase of 64% YoY to ₹41 crore in the quarter ended June 2025, in contrast to ₹25 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.

Its EBITDA margin expanded to 12.4% during the reporting quarter, as against 9.3% YoY.

The stock was listed on the stock exchanges on September 17, at a premium of approximately 14% over its issue price of ₹165 per share. On the NSE, it debuted at a premium of 14.24% at ₹188.5 and on the BSE, it listed at ₹187.79, up 13.76% from the issue price.

The public offer was entirely a fresh issue of 2.43 crore equity shares, worth ₹400.95 crore, with no Offer For Sale (OFS) component, with the price band set at ₹155 to ₹165 per share.

The share touched its 52-week low of ₹177.51 apiece on September 30, 2025.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra has a total market capitalisation of ₹2,024.59 crore, as of October 8, 2025, according to data on the NSE.
