Shringar House Of Mangalsutra Q1 result: Recently listed Shringar House Of Mangalsutra on Tuesday, October 7, reported its first quarter results for the 2025-26 financial year (Q1FY26). It posted a 67.7% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its net profit to ₹28.5 crore, compared to ₹17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Its revenue from operations advanced 22.7% YoY to ₹332.6 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹271.1 crore in the June quarter of FY25.

At an operational level, the jewellery maker’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) stood at ₹41 crore in the quarter ended June 2025, marking a 64% YoY jump from ₹25 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.

Its EBITDA margin expanded to 12.4% during the reporting quarter, compared to 9.3% YoY.

Stock performance

Shares of Shringar House Of Mangalsutra closed 2.64% higher at ₹205.80 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday. The stock surged to a 52-week high of ₹208.60, rising 10.7% over its listing price, during the trading session. However, the results were announced after the market closed.

The scrip had a year’s low of ₹177.51 per equity share on September 30, 2025.

The company was listed on the bourses on September 17, at a premium of approximately 14% over its issue price of ₹165 per share. On the NSE, it debuted at a premium of 14.24% at ₹188.5 and on the BSE, it listed at ₹187.79, up 13.76% from the issue price.

The public offer was entirely a fresh issue of 2.43 crore equity shares, worth ₹400.95 crore, with no Offer For Sale (OFS) component, with the price band set at ₹155 to ₹165 per share.

The initial share sale received a 60.29 times subscription, with bids for 1,02,59,15,670 shares compared to 1,70,16,000 shares on offer. Additionally, the category for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) got subscribed a whopping 101.41 times. Non-institutional investors' part secured 82.58 times subscription, while the portion for retail individual investors (RIIs) secured 27.22 times subscription.

Shringar House Of Mangalsutra has a total market capitalisation of ₹1,984.57 crore, as of October 7, 2025, according to data on the NSE.
