Saatvik Green Energy shares in focus after bagging order worth ₹1,042 crore from SECI

Saatvik Green Energy shares will be under spotlight after the company on Tuesday, September 15, said it has secured an order from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI).

Worth ₹1,041.63 crore, the order involves a supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order is expected to be executed by December 2027, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Earlier this month, the company’s material subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries received and accepted an order worth ₹297.5 crore from two independent power producers or EPC players for the supply of solar PV modules. The domestic order is expected to be completed by March 2027.

Last month, subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries had also secured an order that involves the supply of solar PV modules to an independent power producer and the EPC player is expected to be executed by March 2027.

As of June 30, 2026, Saatvik Green Energy’s confirmed order book stood at 6.35 GW, equivalent to approximately 132% of installed module capacity.

In the remainder of FY27, the company will aim to focus on manufacturing scale-up, order execution, portfolio diversification and deeper value chain integration.

Saatvik Green Energy Q1 earnings

Saatvik Green Energy had posted a 95.45% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹5.3 crore, impacted by weak revenues. The company had posted a net profit of ₹116.6 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Its revenue from operations had also decreased to ₹511 crore from ₹915.7 crore in the April-June period of the preceding fiscal.

Saatvik Green Energy share price trends

On Tuesday, Saatvik Green Energy shares closed at ₹389.55 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, falling 1.62%.

Over a month’s time, the stock has slipped 4%, while it has gained 12% in the past six months. From the beginning of the year, Saatvik Green Energy shares have climbed 3%.

Shares of the company had touched their one-year high of ₹567 apiece on October 10, 2025, while their 52-week low of ₹328 was hit on March 9, 2026.

According to NSE data, as of September 15, 2026, Saatvik Green Energy has a total market capitalisation of ₹4,951.38 crore.
