At 1:10 PM, shares of Power Mech Projects traded 1.42% higher at ₹2,862.10 per equity share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The contract, valued at over ₹2,500 crore excluding GST, is for the balance-of-plant (BOP) package for one 800 MW unit at the Singareni Super Thermal Power Project, Stage II, in Mancherial, Telangana.

The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, painting, and delivery of equipment at the project site. It also covers transportation, unloading, storage, security, civil and structural works, erection, commissioning, trial runs, PG testing, and handing over. Annual maintenance, training, guarantee, warranty and defect liability obligations are part of the contract.

The project will be executed in 38 months from the start date and includes supply of spares, consumables, special tools, and accessories. The company confirmed that neither promoters nor related parties have any interest in the order, and it is not a related party transaction.

Power Mech Projects Q1 results

Power Mech Projects Ltd reported its Q1 FY26 results with consolidated revenues slightly down 0.5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) but up 28.3% year-on-year (YoY). Expenses for the quarter decreased 1.8% QoQ and rose 25.9% YoY. Net profit fell 4.6% QoQ, while showing a 30.5% increase YoY. The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at 16.6.
