NSDL to post Q1 FY26 earnings on August 12

In an exchange filing, the depository announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, August 12, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY26.

NSDL had reported a 24.57% surge in its net profit to ₹343.12 crore in the financial year ended March 2025 (FY25), compared to ₹275.44 crore in the fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24).

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹1,420.14 crore in FY25, a jump of 11.97% from ₹1,268.24 crore in FY24.

The ₹4,011-crore initial public offering (IPO) of NSDL received 41.01 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Friday. Before the IPO, the company collected over ₹1,201 crore from anchor investors.

The initial share sale had a price range of ₹760-₹800 per share.

The depository's public issue solely consists of an offer for sale (OFS) component of 5.01 crore shares, and those selling shares under this were the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India, State Bank of India (SBI), and Administrator of Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI).

Since the public issue was entirely an OFS, NSDL did not receive any proceeds from the offer.

NSDL is a SEBI-registered market infrastructure institution providing a wide range of products and services to India's financial and securities markets.
