Northern ARC Capital bulk deal: 360 ONE sells 12.02% stake for ₹382 crore

Asset management firm 360 ONE sold its 12.02% stake in Northern ARC Capital for ₹382 crore through open market transactions on Friday, June 20.

According to the bulk deal data on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mumbai-based 360 ONE, through its three affiliates, divested a total of 1.94 crore shares (12.02% stake) in Northern ARC Capital.

The shares were disposed of in the price range of ₹195.71 to ₹198.74 apiece, with the deal aggregating to ₹382.14 crore.

After the divestment, 360 ONE's holding in Northern ARC Capital declined to 4.38% from 16.4% it held previously.

On the other hand, BNP Paribas and Abu Dhabi-based Cohesion Asset Management purchased 18.67 lakh shares or a 1.16% stake in Northern ARC Capital within the price range of ₹202.46 to ₹208.83 per share. This took the deal value to ₹38.44 crore.

Details of the other buyers of Northern ARC Capital's shares could not be ascertained.

Northern ARC Q4 earnings

The NBFC company reported a 57.4% year-on-year (YoY) fall in its consolidated net profit to ₹37.76 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, compared to ₹88.81 crore in the corresponding period last year. Furthermore, its sales rose 6.84% YoY to ₹602.52 crore in the March FY25 quarter.

Northern ARC Capital stock performance

Shares of Northern ARC Capital closed in the red, down 2.28% at ₹209 apiece on the NSE on Friday. On the flipside, the stock of 360 ONE closed 2.05% higher at ₹1,137.25 apiece.

The Northern ARC Capital stock lost 6.92% over the week but 2.91% since the beginning of June. The scrip has surged 24.39% so far in the first quarter of FY26. However, it slumped 3.99% on a year-to-date basis.

It hit a 52-week low of ₹141.47 on April 7, 2025, and a high of ₹350 on September 24, 2024.

Northern ARC Capital has a total market capitalisation of ₹3,373.51 crore, as of June 21, 2025, according to data on the NSE.
