Equity benchmark indices NIFTY and SENSEX rallied on Thursday, taking their winning momentum for the third consecutive day, amid optimism following a ceasefire between Iran and Israel.

The SENSEX climbed 484 points to 83,240 at 1:08 pm, while the NIFTY went up 0.59% to 25,393.

From the NIFTY firms, Adani Ports, Jio Financial Services, Bajaj Finance, Shriram Finance, HDFC Life and Adani Enterprises were among the major gainers.

Dr Reddy's, Tech Mahindra, Trent, Hero MotoCorp, SBI, and Mahindra & Mahindra were the laggards.

Buzzing stocks on June 26; check list

BSE share price: Shares of the stock exchange BSE Ltd declined as much as 1.47% to ₹2,748 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday after the markets regulator SEBI imposed a ₹25 lakh penalty for failing to provide equal access to corporate disclosures to all stakeholders and take action against stock brokers with frequent modifications during trades.

The order was passed following an inspection conducted between February 2021 and September 2022.

Nestle India share price: FMCG giant Nestle India on Thursday approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to its existing shareholder.

"The record date for determining the entitlement of the members of the company to receive bonus equity shares will be announced in due course", the company said in a regulatory filing.

Following the development, the stock was up 0.10% to ₹2,406.8 per share on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹2,31,985.85 crore.

HDFC Bank share price: Shares of India's largest private lender were trading with gains of 1.29% to ₹2,005.70 on the NSE as the initial public offering of its subsidiary HDB Financial Services is underway.
The ₹12,500 crore HDB Financial IPO has been booked 70% until 1:25 pm on Thursday, with bids for 9,07,61,580 shares compared to 13,04,42,855 shares reserved.
ACME Solar Holdings share price: Shares of the renewable energy company were trading at ₹248.5 per unit, reflecting an increase of 0.12%.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has emerged as the winning bidder for NHPC's tender for a cumulative capacity of 275 MW/550 MWh standalone BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects across two projects at Kuppam and Ghani in Andhra Pradesh.

Cummins India share price: The stock is up 1.69% on the NSE after it announced the launch of its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The company said that the energy storage solution is designed to support the clean energy transition in India and strengthen the reliability of power infrastructure.

"Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is emerging as reliable and efficient technology for addressing the energy transition requirements of key industries such as manufacturing, data centers, commercial realty, and mining," it said.

Lloyds Metals: The company, in an exchange filing, announced that it has received environmental clearance for the expansion of its iron ore mining capacity to 55 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).

"With 55 MTPA production capacity, LMEL’s mine stands as the largest iron ore operation in the nation," the company said.

The stock is trading 0.54% higher at ₹1,530.4 per unit on the NSE.
