SUMMARY
Shares of Billionbrains Garage Ventures rose as much as 7.45%, from the day's lowest level, to hit an intraday high of ₹168.39 after it reported a 12% rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹471 crore for the second quarter of the fiscal year (Q2 FY26) on Friday.

The Indian equity benchmarks recovered losses partially in the noon deals on Friday, November 21, led by buying interest in index heavyweights like Mahindra & Mahindra, Reliance Industries, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki and ITC. Earlier in the day, SENSEX dropped as much as 438 points and NIFTY50 index touched an intraday low of 26,055 on the back of weak global cues.
Asian markets were trading sharply lower with Hong Kong's Hang Seng declining 1.83%, South Korea's KOSPI dropped 3.79% and Japan's Nikkei plunged 2.34%.
Back home, as of 12:28 pm, the SENSEX was down 125 points at 85,504 and NIFTY50 index declined 34 points to 26,153.
Hindalco added that everyone working at the plant was safely evacuated and fortunately, there were no injuries and multiple local fire departments responded and the was brought under control.
The recently listed company reported a 9.4% year-on-year decline in revenue from operations, which fell to ₹1,019 crore in the July–September quarter from ₹1,125 crore logged in Q2 FY25.
However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue rose 13%, driven by an increase in active users following new customer acquisitions during the period.
Additionally, higher engagement from existing customers—supported by deeper penetration of existing and new products, along with improved user maturity—also contributed to the revenue growth. Further, in Q2 FY26, 4.5% of the 13% incremental revenue growth was contributed by newly acquired users, with the rest coming from existing users.
The Mumbai-based bank in a regulatory filing said it will “consider a proposal for sub-division (split) of the existing equity shares of the Bank having a face value of ₹5/- each, fully paid-up, in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors.”
“We wish to inform you that the Company has further invested ₹21,46,50,179.50 (Rupees Twenty-One Crores Forty-Six Lakhs Fifty Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Nine and Fifty Paise only) as the second tranche and has been allotted 25,58,405 equity shares in FPEL TN Wind Farm Private Limited by way of private placement today, i.e., November 20, 202,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
After the infusion of the second tranche, Hyundai Motor India now holds a 26.49% stake in FPEL TN Wind Farm Private Limited, taking the total value of its investment to ₹38.05 crore.
The stock stood at ₹20.18 per equity share, down by 6.75% at around 11:43 am.
This follows the scrip surging 22.61% in the past two trading sessions, while climbing 6.41% to close at ₹21.57 on Thursday. Intra-day, the stock had zoomed 12.43% to hit a high of ₹22.79.
The share has jumped more than 12% in the past five days. It is up over 36% in the last six months and has risen a little over 12% year-to-date.
Trading volume in the stock spiked by 28 times to 5.49 crore shares compared with an average trading volume of 19.86 lakh shares.
