Netweb Technologies share price today: Shares of high-end computing solutions (HCS) provider Netweb Technologies India surged by as much as 3.5% to hit an intraday and all-time high of ₹5,396.40 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, August 18, as the company opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue to raise ₹1,200 crore.

At around 10:45 AM, the stock was trading 2.64% higher at ₹5,350.10 per equity share. It had touched a year’s low of ₹2,037.30 per unit on August 21, 2025.

The scrip has advanced 10% in the past week and 26% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has risen 74%.

The company, in an exchange filing, said that its fundraising committee, at its meeting held on Monday, approved opening the QIP issue on August 17, 2026. It also set the floor price at ₹4,885.90 per share.

The firm may, at its discretion, offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price for the issue, the filing read.

The QIP floor price of ₹4,885.90 represents a discount of around 6.4% to Monday's closing price of ₹5,219.

The final issue price will be determined in consultation with the book-running lead managers appointed for the QIP.

Q1 results

The company reported a 180.01% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit to ₹85.32 crore in the June quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27), compared with ₹30.47 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations surged 172.13% to ₹819.68 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹301 crore in the first quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q1 FY26).

Sequentially, its profit advanced 20.87% while revenue grew 5.94% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).

On the operational level, the company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹121 crore in Q1 FY27, reflecting a growth of 169.08% YoY from ₹45 crore in the year-ago period.

Its EBITDA margin contracted by 17 basis points (bps) YoY to 14.70% for the reporting quarter, in contrast to 14.87% in the April-June quarter of FY26.
