Mastek shares surge nearly 16% on announcement to advance icxPro platform with NVIDIA AI
In a filing to the stock exchanges, the company said that it will advance its icxPro platform across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, banking, financial services and insurance with NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
Following the disclosure, shares of Mastek surged as much as 15.85% to ₹2,987.9 apiece on the NSE. However, the stock pared early gains and traded 8.53% higher at ₹2,798.95 apiece on the NSE at 2:15 pm.
In a regulatory filing on June 6, the digital engineering and cloud solutions provider said that it is upgrading its icxPro platform with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing capabilities. This move aims to deliver next-generation CX solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The icxPro platform has already demonstrated a 20% return on capital employed (ROCE) in the manufacturing sector and holds significant potential in the BFSI and Healthcare sectors, Mastek informed the stock exchanges.
Mastek said that the icxPro platform, which is cloud-native and designed for building scalable AI applications, will benefit from the full-stack NVIDIA accelerated computing platform. This includes NVIDIA NIM microservices, a part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite, running on NVIDIA A100 Tensor Core GPUs. With this advanced technology, Mastek’s icxPro aims to help businesses achieve faster time-to-market and unlock substantial business value.
Mastek has recently installed its icxPro platform at Fortive, an American industrial technology conglomerate. This deployment reduced customer response times from a range of 3-to-7 days to just a second, the company said.
