Kaynes Technology shares are set to be in the focus of investors on Monday, August 24, after the firm signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Shenzhen-based Chinese company, Bosgame, to launch its computing products.

As per the NSE filings, Kaynes Technology signed the MoU with Bosgame to expand the company’s presence in the Indian market.

The deal aims to collaborate using Bosgame’s product innovation and intelligent computing portfolio with Kaynes Tech’s capabilities in electronics design, engineering, integrated manufacturing, testing, supply-chain management and lifecycle support.

Shares of Kaynes Technology ended 1.97% lower at ₹3,890 apiece after the trading session on Friday, August 21, in comparison to ₹3,815 apiece at the previous equity market close, according to NSE data.

MoU details

As per the MoU details, Kaynes Technology and Bosgame plan to create a strong platform for the Chinese company in the Indian market, and introduce products, develop market channels and build a locally supported customer ecosystem.

The companies will further explore opportunities for product localisation, value addition and deeper market participation in the electronics ecosystem sector of the country.

“Together, we look forward to bringing innovative computing solutions closer to Indian customers and building a meaningful presence in the market,” said Lucky Wang, Vice President, Six United, Bosgame.

This comes at a time when India is strengthening its position across the electronics value chain, with a major push for design-led manufacturing, local value creation, supply-chain resilience and technology-driven product development.

How have Kaynes Tech shares performed?

Kaynes Technology shares have delivered more than 120% returns to shareholders in the last three years, but the company’s stock has lost 36% in the past one-year period, according to NSE data.

On a year-to-date basis, Kaynes Tech shares were down 1.3% in 2026, but the stock has risen over 18% in the past one-month period. The exchange data also showed that the company's shares have risen more than 6% in the last five market sessions.

Shares of Kaynes Tech surged to their 52-week high of ₹7,705 apiece on October 7, 2025, while the 52-week low was at ₹2,995 apiece on May 20, 2026.

The company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹26,076 crore as of the stock market close on Friday, August 21, 2026.
