ITD Cementation share price: Shares of ITD Cementation India, the engineering and construction company, rallied as much as 9.3% to hit a record high of ₹830 apiece on the NSE in the early trade on Tuesday, June 10.

The company on Monday said it had secured a contract worth around ₹893 crore, including GST, for the construction of a berth & breakwater for the development of greenfield captive jetties in Odisha.

At the time of writing this report, the stock was trading at ₹808.65, up 6.51% on the NSE.

For the March 2025 quarter (Q4 FY25), ITD Cementation India reported a healthy performance, with net profit rising 27% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹113.6 crore. The company's revenue also saw robust growth, as the figure increased nearly 10% YoY to ₹2,478.7 crore, aided by steady execution across key projects, per a news report.

Its operating profit rose 18% to ₹259.6 crore, leading to an improvement in operating margins to 10.5%, compared to 9.8% in the same period last year, the report added.

In January 2025, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved Adani Group's arm Renew Exim DMCC's proposal to acquire a majority stake in ITD Cementation India for about ₹5,757 crore.

"The proposed combination involves the acquisition by Renew Exim DMCC (acquirer) of approximately 46.64%, equivalent to 8,01,13,180 shares, of the total issued and voting equity share capital of ITD Cementation India Ltd (target)," the Competition Commission of India (CCI) said in a release.

Renew Exim DMCC is incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and belongs to the Adani Group. It is a holding company engaged in the business of investment in commercial enterprises and management and does not have any operations in India.

ITD Cementation India Ltd is an engineering and construction company undertaking heavy civil, infrastructure and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business and operating in India and overseas.
