In an exchange filing, the hospitality firm said its Board meeting will be held on "16-Jul-2025 to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 2025."

The company was listed on the stock exchanges on January 29, 2025, after the demerger came into effect on January 1, with a fixed record date of January 6. Following the demerger, ITC Ltd holds a 40% stake in ITC Hotels, while ITC shareholders have the remaining 60% stake.

ITC Hotels' fourth quarter earnings

During the March quarter of FY25, the demerged entity reported a 20.5% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹257 crore, compared to ₹215 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.

Its revenue from operations stood at ₹1,016 crore during the quarter under review, improving 4.5% YoY from ₹1,015 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24.

On an operational basis, ITC Hotels’ EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) grew 8.4% YoY to ₹413 crore in Q4FY25, as against ₹380.6 crore in the same period of the previous year. Its EBITDA margin increased to 38.9% from 37.5%.

ITC’s first international hotel, ITC Ratnapadia in Colombo, which was opened in April 2024, turned its EBITDA from the quarter ended December positive 2024. The company said it will be a “significant contributor to revenue and EBITDA” going forward.

Shares of ITC Hotels were trading at ₹228.34 apiece, down 1.35% on the NSE, at around 1:29 pm.

The stock gained 5.32% over the past week and 2.71% since the beginning of July. It surged 12.6% in the first quarter of FY26.

While the scrip hit a 52-week high of ₹235.55 apiece on July 11, 2025, it reached a year’s low of ₹155.10 on January 31, 2025.

ITC Hotels shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at a 30.7% discount at ₹180, compared to the implied price of ₹260 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹188 per equity share, at a 30.3% discount from the implied price of ₹188.
