IRCTC to announce its Q3 results and interim dividend today, stock trades lower near to its 52-week low

IRCTC shares are in focus today ahead of the third-quarter result announcement. Shares of the railway ticketing platform company are trading marginally lower, down 0.7% at ₹623.8 apeice as of 11:45 am on NSE, with a day high of ₹629.90 and day low of ₹620.60.

IRCTC earnings are expected to be announced after market hours. In the previous quarter, IRCTC reported ₹1,146 crore as revenue from operations, while its net profit stood at ₹342 crore. In Q3FY25, the company reported ₹1,225 crore in revenue and ₹341 crore in net profit. The company has scheduled an earnings conference call on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Along with the third-quarter results, IRCTC’s board will also consider and declare the 2nd interim dividend for FY26. In the previous quarter, IRCTC announced interim dividend of ₹5 per share for its shareholders. IRCTC has paid consistent dividend to its shareholders for last several quarters. Its current dividend yield is around 1.3%.

IRCTC shares have started the year on weak note as the company’s stock is down over 9% so far in 2026. In the last 1-year period IRCTC stock is down over 17%. The company's stock hit 52-week low of 596 per share on February 2, 2026.

Recently, Global index provider MSCI have removed IRCTC from its Global Standard Index. As per experts the IRCTC stock could see net outflows of around $142 million becuase of this MSCI index rejig and exclusion from index.
