Bajaj Housing Finance IPO was full subscribed on Day 1
Shares of Jeyyam Global Foods and Gala Precision Engineering made their D-street debut on Monday, September 9. As many as 7 initial public offering (IPOs), including the mainboard issues of Bajaj Housing Finance, Kross and Tolins Tyres, opened for bidding.
The subscription window of My Mudra Fincorp IPO and Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company IPO is also closed for bidding.

Gala Precision Engineering shares make strong debut
Gala Precision Engineering made a strong debut with listing of its shares at ₹721.1 apiece, up 36% against the issue price of ₹529 per share, on the NSE. The stock gained 5% after listing to hit an intraday high of ₹757.15. The stock listed at a premium of over 41% at ₹750 apiece on the BSE.
Gala Precision Engineering IPO, worth ₹167.93 crore, comprised a fresh issuance of 26 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹135.34 crore, along with an Offer-For-Sale (OFS) of 6 lakh shares, aimed at raising ₹32.59 crore. Gala Precision Engineering IPO subscription was open from September 2 to September 4.
Shares of Jeyyam Global Foods listed flat on the NSE SME platform. The stock made debut at ₹61 per share on the NSE Emerge platform.
The ₹81.94-crore NSE SME issue consisted of a fresh issue of nearly 1.21 crore shares, aimed at raising ₹73.74 crore, along with an OFS component of 13.43 lakh shares worth ₹8.19 crore. Jeyyam Global Foods IPO was open from September 2 to September 4.
Kross Ltd IPO received bids for over 1.34 crore shares against 1.53 crore shares offered for subscription. The issue was subscribed 88% on the first day of bidding.
Kross IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹500 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 1.04 crore shares aggregating to ₹250 crore along with an offer for sale of 1.04 crore shares aimed at raising ₹250 crore. Kross Ltd IPO subscription will close on September 11. The tentative listing date for Kross Ltd shares is September 16. Shares of Kross Ltd will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
Tolins Tyres IPO received bids for more than 1.34 crore shares against 74.88 lakh shares offered for subscription. The issue was subscribed 1.8 times on the first day of bidding. Retail investors booked the issue 3.16 times, NIIs booked the issue 83%. The issue was booked 12% in the QIBs’ category.
The ₹230-crore IPO consists of a fresh issue of 88 lakh shares and an OFS portion of 13 lakh shares. Tolins Tyres IPO subscription will close on September 11. The tentative listing date for Tolins Tyres shares is September 16. Shares of Tolins Tyres will list on the NSE and BSE.
Bajaj Housing Finance IPO received bids for over 146.28 crore shares against 72.75 crore shares on offer, leading to an overall subscription of 2.01 times on the first day of bidding.
Bajaj Housing Finance IPO, worth ₹6,560 crore, comprises a fresh issue of 50.86 crore shares, aimed at raising ₹3,560 crore and an OFS component of 42.86 crore shares, aggregating to ₹3,000 crore.
The bidding process for Bajaj Housing Finance IPO will close on September 11. The tentative listing date for Bajaj Housing Finance shares is September 16. The Bajaj Group stock will make debut on NSE and BSE.

Share Samadhan IPO was fully subscribed on the first day of bidding. The company aims to raise ₹24.06 crore via its public offer. The IPO consists of an entirely fresh issue of 32.51 lakh shares. The subscription for the BSE SME issue will close on September 11.
Gajanand International IPO was booked 98% on the first day of bidding on September 9. The ₹20.65-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 57.36 lakh shares. Gajanand International IPO subscription will close on September 11.
Aditya Ultra Steel IPO was oversubscribed 2.02 times on the first day of bidding, driven by high demand from retail investors and NIIs. The NSE SME offer, worth ₹45.88 crore, consists of an entirely fresh issue of 74 lakh shares. The bidding process for the IPO will end on September 11.
My Mudra Fincorp IPO and Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company IPO closed for subscription on Monday.
My Mudra Fincorp IPO was booked 102.55 times on the final day. The company aims to raise ₹33.26 crore via an entirely fresh issue of 30.24 lakh shares. My Mudra Fincorp IPO share allotment status will be finalised by September 10 and shares of the company are likely to list on the NSE SME platform on September 12.
Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company IPO was booked 124.48 times on the final day of bidding. The ₹169.65-crore IPO consists of a fresh issue of 1.48 crore shares aimed at raising ₹122.43 crore along with an OFS of 57 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹47.23 crore.
Share Allotment Status of Mach Conferences and Events IPO, and Namo eWaste Management IPO
Mach Conferences and Events IPO share allotment status will be finalised today on September 9.The tentative listing date for Mach Conferences and Events shares is September 11. Shares of Mach Conferences and Events will list on the BSE SME platform. Mach Conferences and Events IPO, worth ₹125.28 crore, consisted of a fresh issue of 22.29 lakh shares and an OFS of 33.39 lakh shares aggregating to ₹75.13 crore.
Namo eWaste Management IPO share allotment status will be decided today on September 9. The tentative listing date for Namo eWaste Management shares is September 11. Shares of Namo eWaste Management will list on the NSE SME platform. The ₹51.2-crore public offer consisted of an entirely fresh issue of 60.24 lakh shares.
