Info Edge India shares surged 4% to an intraday high of ₹1,388.70 on Wednesday, January 7, after the firm posted its December quarter business updates.

The operator of job portal naukri.com and matrimonial website Jeevansathi saw a 12% increase in its standalone billings at ₹747.2 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared to ₹668.3 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the 9 months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone billings also grew 12% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,120.4 crore.

Its recruitment billings were seen at ₹548.3 crore during the reporting quarter, marking an 11% jump from ₹494 crore in Q3 FY25. Meanwhile, the real estate (99 acres) billings increased 14.4% to ₹117.4 crore as against ₹102.6 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

In other segments, the billings surged 14% to ₹81.5 crore YoY in Q3 FY26 in contrast to ₹71.7 crore in Q3 FY25.

At 1:25 PM, shares of Info Edge India were trading at ₹1,355.4 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, climbing 1.47%.

In a month, shares of the firm have lost 1%, while for six months’ time, they have fallen over 5%. On a year-on-year basis, Info Edge India shares have slumped almost 20%.

The company has a market capitalisation of ₹87,971.22 crore.

Shares of Info Edge had touched their one-year high of ₹1,825.78 apiece on January 6, 2025, while their 52-week low of ₹1,157 was hit on April 7, 2025.

Info Edge India Q2 earnings

The Naukri portal operator had posted a 5.44% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its standalone profit before tax and exceptional gains to ₹349.52 crore for the second quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q2Y26). In the corresponding period a year ago, it had logged a profit of ₹331.49 crore.

The consumer internet company clocked ₹746 crore in revenue from operations during the quarter, marking a 13.7% annual surge from ₹656.1 crore in the September quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q2FY25).

Its operating profit, also known as EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation), advanced 6.5% YoY to ₹268 crore in the September FY26 quarter, compared to ₹251 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's EBITDA margin, however, contracted to 35.9% during the reporting quarter, as against 38.3% for the second quarter of FY25.

Info Edge’s billings for Q2FY26 remained steady at ₹729 crore, reflecting a 12.1% YoY growth from ₹650 crore in the same period of FY25.

The board of Info Edge India also declared an interim dividend of ₹2.40 per share, with a face value of ₹2 each for FY26.
