Shares of Hind Rectifies were locked in the upper circuit of 5% on Friday morning after the company announced a strategic aquisition of BeLink Solutions. Following the announcement, the shares hit the upper circuit level of ₹1,725 apiece on the NSE on Friday morning.

Hind Rectifiers Limited, a leading manufacturer of power semiconductors, power electronic equipment and railway transportation systems, is pleased to announce a strategic transaction in Europe to strengthen its position in the global robotics and EMS markets.

The company has acquired BeLink Solutions, a France-based Robotics, EMS and Electronics R&D company with 38 years of experience in the electronics industry. This acquisition provides Hirect with a strategic manufacturing hub in Europe, strengthening its global presence.

Hirect, through its proposed subsidiary, has acquired the business and operating assets of BeLink Solutions for a total consideration of EUR 1 million, which will be paid entirely in cash and funded through internal accruals. A total of EUR 2 million is being infused into the proposed subsidiary, of which Hirect will subscribe EUR 1 million as preference shares solely on its own, and the remaining EUR 1 million will be issued as equity shares in which Hirect will take 66% while the promoter group companies will subscribe the balance 34%.

The company envisages strong revenue visibility and growth potential: BeLink is expected to generate EUR 13 million in revenue for 2025, with an additional EUR 10 million in pending orders for 2026.

In the Q1FY26, the company’s revenue has grown by 58% YoY to ₹215 crore as compared to ₹136 crore in the previous year’s similar quarter. Similarly, the net profit for the quarter also jumped over 85% to ₹13 crore from ₹7 crore in the previous year’s same quarter. As of Q1FY26, the company’s order book stood at an all-time high level of ₹1,022 crore. With the current capacity, the company expects to achieve revenue of ₹1200-₹1500 crore revenue, subject to product mix.
