Shares of Happiest Minds Technologies rallied as much as 3.88% to ₹358.40 apiece on the NSE in the early trade on Friday, June 12, as the company on Thursday announced the launch of Rel(AI)Build, its proprietary Agentic AI development platform, along with the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), a structured, governed methodology designed to integrate AI across the entire software development lifecycle.
The company, in its press release, said that Rel(AI)Build is an enterprise-grade, agentic platform designed to transform how organisations build, modernise, and operate software systems. The platform brings together AI-driven automation, governance, and human oversight into a single, unified software delivery framework.
An agentic AI platform is a software platform that enables AI systems (called AI agents) to plan, reason, make decisions, and execute tasks autonomously with limited human intervention.
"Built on an Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), Rel(AI)Build orchestrates specialised, context-aware AI agents across a structured lifecycle, from planning through operations. This enables parallel execution, intelligent task routing, and continuous learning through shared contextual memory, significantly improving delivery speed and consistency," the press release added.
At the core of Rel(AI)Build is a composable, registry-driven Agent Core that integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems. The platform is designed with governance by default, embedding policy controls, auditability, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure responsible and transparent AI adoption, the company said.
