The company plans to raise funds through the issuance of up to 2.5 crore convertible warrants at a price of ₹585 per warrant, aggregating up to ₹1,462.50 crore, on a preferential basis to promoter group members and non-promoter investors. The cash-paid warrants can be converted into fully paid equity shares of ₹1 each, in one or more tranches, within 18 months from the allotment date.

On Monday, the drug firm’s wholly owned subsidiary, Granules Pharmaceuticals Inc., received approval from the US health regulator to market a generic medication for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

In the last five trading sessions, Granules India shares have jumped 6%. Over a month’s time, the stock has risen more than 13%, while in the last six months, the shares have surged 21.6%. Since the beginning of 2025, the stock has risen 1.19%.

Shares of the firm had touched their one-year high of ₹621.10 apiece on January 7, 2025, while their 52-week low of ₹422 was hit on April 9, 2025.

The company has a market capitalisation of ₹14,674.18 crore.

Granules India Q2 earnings

Granules India's net profit gained 35% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹131 crore as compared to ₹97.2 crore in the same period last year.

Its revenue grew 34.2% to ₹1,297 crore from ₹966.6 crore a year ago, while EBITDA increased 37% to ₹278 crore from ₹203.4 crore YoY.

The company's EBITDA margin improved marginally to 21.4%, up from 21% in the year-ago quarter.
