Godrej Properties share price: Shares of real estate developer Godrej Properties rose on Monday, August 25, after it sold housing units worth over ₹1,000 crore in its new residential project in Hyderabad.

In an exchange filing on August 25, the company said it has sold 683 units for more than ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its project 'Godrej Regal Pavilion' in Hyderabad's Rajendra Nagar due to strong consumer demand. The project was launched earlier this month.

Shares of Godrej Properties were trading 0.84% higher at ₹2,070.2 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 3:08 pm. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹62,355.69 crore.

The company sold 683 houses with a total area of 1.20 million square feet. The project has a total developable area of 4.14 million square feet with a revenue potential of up to ₹3,600 crore.

Recently, Godrej Properties acquired a 7.82-acre land parcel in Hyderabad via the auction process for ₹548 crore.

This upcoming project would have an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,800 crore.

Godrej Properties is among the leading real estate companies in the country and has a significant presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

The company has ventured into many tier II cities for the development of residential plots in large townships.

Godrej Properties has been aggressively acquiring land parcels, both through outright purchases and joint ventures with landowners, to expand its business.

On the financial front, Godrej Industries posted a 4.65% decline in its consolidated total income to ₹1,620.34 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26, compared to ₹1,699.48 crore a year back.

Its net profit climbed 15.39% to ₹600.12 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹520.05 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
