Quess Corp, PSU Mazagon Dock and Hexaware Tech are among the many companies that have set the record date for their respective corporate actions in the next week.
Quess Corp on March 31, announced that it will demerge into three listed entities, Quess Corp Ltd, Digitide Solutions Ltd and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd.
Shareholders of Quess Corp will be entitled to receive one fully paid-up equity share in each of the three resulting companies, the company said in a regulatory filing dated April 1.
The company has fixed Tuesday, April 15, as the record date for the demerger.
Shares of Quess Corp closed in the green at ₹604.90, up 3.23% on the NSE on April 11. The scrip has declined 7.11% so far this month.
In a meeting held on April 4, 2025, the board of directors of Hexaware Technologies approved the first interim dividend of financial year 2025-26 (FY26).
The interim dividend is of ₹5.75 per equity share of ₹1 each, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company set Tuesday, April 15, as the record date for the interim dividend, which means shareholders who hold the shares on April 15 will be eligible for the dividend.
The company will pay the dividend to eligible shareholders on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Shares of Hexaware Technologies closed in the red at ₹631.80 apiece, down 0.39% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday. The stock has fallen 9.84% since the beginning of April.
The Board of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders approved its second interim dividend in a meeting held on Tuesday, April 8.
The interim dividend is of ₹3 per equity share of ₹5 each fully paid up for FY25, the regulatory filing said.
The PSU set Wednesday, April 16, 2025, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to participate in the dividend.
Mazagon Dock will pay the interim dividend to its eligible shareholders on or before Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
