63 Moons Technologies Ltd

Shares of 63 Moons Technologies were locked in the 5% upper circuit at ₹987.25 in the early morning session of Wednesday. On December 15, 2024, 63 Moons reported that its board approved the One-Time Settlement (OTS) of ₹1,950 crores as proposed by NSEL Investors Forum (NIF). Over the past three months, the company's shares have surged by 145%.

A few weeks ago, the company reported that its subsidiary Ticker Limited had raised funds further through the private placement of 7,300,00,000 fresh equity shares at ₹20 per share, for a total fundraising of ₹146 crore. After the allotment by Ticker Limited, the shareholding of 63 moons in Ticker Limited stands at 67.49%.

63 Moons Technologies is engaged in Computer Programming, Consultancy and related services. The company provides next-generation technology ventures, innovations, platforms, and solutions for creating digital markets and marketplaces that enable price discovery and transaction efficiencies across industry segments. Its focus has always been towards providing technology solutions, building user-friendly financial platforms, and creating digital marketplaces in India and abroad. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹4,500 crore.

Stocks hitting the lower circuit on Wednesday (December 18, 2024)

Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd

Enviro Infra Engineers stock hit the 10% lower circuit limit in the morning session of Wednesday at ₹342.53. On November 29, shares of Enviro Infra Engineers made an impressive debut listed at a premium of 48.65% at ₹220 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and at ₹218, at a 47.29% premium over its issue price on the BSE. After the listing, shares of the company have given over 55% return in the last 15 days.

Ace investor Mukul Agarwal holds a 1.03% stake in the company while another prominent name Sunil Singhania also invested in the company's anchor book, through his Abakkus Diversified Alpha Fund.

Enviro Infra Engineers specialises in designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as water supply scheme projects for government bodies. It has a market capitalisation of ₹6,000 crore.

PC Jeweller Ltd

The popular jewellery brand locked in the 5% lower circuit limit in the morning session of Wednesday at ₹18.23. On December 16, the company had a record date for the stock split in the ratio of 10:1, which was approved by its board of directors on September 30, 2024, to enhance liquidity and make the shares more affordable for retail investors. According to the company's official filing, this move will subdivide each fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 face value into 10 shares of ₹1 each.

The company declared strong financial results for Q2FY25. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a 10.99% increase in total income from ₹494.24 crore in Q2FY24 to ₹548.54 crore. PAT has increased from a net loss of ₹138.13 crore in Q2FY24 to a net profit of ₹178.88 crore.

PC Jeweller manufactures, sells, and trades gold, diamond-studded, and silver jewellery and operates in different geographical areas. It has a market capitalisation of ₹8,400 crore.

Sky Gold Ltd

Sky Gold stock got locked in the 5% lower today at ₹464.15 in the early morning session of Wednesday. On December 16, the company had a record date for the bonus of 9:1 which was approved by its board in early November. This means that it will issue nine new bonus equity shares of ₹10 each for every one existing equity share of ₹10 each.

The company declared strong financial results for Q2FY25. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for Q2FY25 stood at ₹768.8 crore, registering a growth of 94.2% on a YoY basis and 6.3% on a QoQ basis. PAT for Q2FY25 stood at ₹36.7 crore, registering a growth of 405.2% as compared to the same quarter for the previous year.

For Q2FY25, company highlights are - that it has raised ₹270 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) from renowned funds like Motilal Oswal Small Cap Fund, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance and Bank Of India Flexi Cap, among others. Scaling of acquired companies i.e., Sparkling Chains and Starmangalsutra, to achieve target sales of ₹500 crore by Q4FY25. Manufacturing margin-accretive 18-carat gold and diamond jewellery, the company has added CaratLane and P N Gadgil Jewellers to the client portfolio. For Q2FY25, the revenue split for export was 9%, and domestic stands at 91%.

Sky Gold designs, manufactures, and markets gold jewellery. It has a market capitalisation of ₹6,800 crore.
