In the filing, the board disclosed that the company is looking to raise ₹25 crore from the market through a NCD fundraiser, issuing 25,000 NCDs with the face value of ₹10,000 each at the same issue price.

“We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on March 20, 2026 has inter alia approved the raising of funds through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount up to ₹25,00,00,000,” the company informed the stock exchanges through its filing on Friday.

Finkurve Financial shares were trading 14.5% lower at ₹56.07 as of 2:35 p.m. on Friday, compared to the previous market close level of ₹65.60, NSE data showed.

NCD details

According to NSE filing, the coupon rate of the Rs 25 crore NCD issue is fixed at 11.16% with the frequency of monthly payment with the last date for the same on December 27, 2027. However, in case there is a delay in payment of interest, then the company will pay a 2% per year premium on top of the existing coupon rate of the NCD.

The details of the fundraising deal suggests that the redemption of debentures are scheduled for 21 months and three days from the date of allotment, as per the company data.

NSE data showed that Finkurve Financial shares have lost more than 41% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis so far in 2026, and the stock is down 27.09% in the last one month. However, shares of Finkurve are trading 2.55% higher in the last five market sessions.

According to the exchange data, the company’s stock hit the 52-week high level at ₹134.90 on October 6, 2025. The company’s stock hit its 52-week low level was ₹54.20 during the trading session on Friday, March 20, 2026. The company’s market capitalisation (M-Cap) was trading at ₹776.44 crore as of the trading session on Friday.
