Several companies, including Bharat Electronic, IOL Chemicals, and SBC Exports, have scheduled major corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and bonus issues for March 10 to March 13.

GIFT NIFTY is trading 0.21% or 46.5 points lower at 22,581 at 8:20 am, suggesting a negative start for the Indian stock exchanges on Monday.

SBC Exports: Garments manufacturer SBC Exports has fixed Monday, March 10, as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for bonus shares allotment.

The company said in an exchange filing that the deemed date of allotment would be Tuesday, March 11, for the allotment of 15,87,30,000 fully paid-up bonus shares of ₹1 each in a 1:2 ratio.

Kesoram Industries: The composite scheme of arrangement between Kesoram Industries Ltd and UltraTech Cement Ltd became effective on March 1. March 10 is the record date for determining equity shareholders to whom equity shares of the resulting company will be issued. Under the scheme, Kesoram Industries equity shareholders will receive one UltraTech share for every 52 shares they hold as of the record date.
Bharat Electronics: The state-run company has fixed Tuesday, March 11, as the record date for payment of ₹1.5 per share interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 (FY25).
IOL Chemicals: The record date for a stock split in a 1:5 ratio is fixed as Tuesday, March 11.
G R Infraprojects: In last week's meeting, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹12.5 per share for FY25. The record date has been fixed as Thursday, March 13.
HUDCO: Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd will hold a Board meeting on Monday, March 10, to consider an interim dividend.
