Coforge share price rises over 6% after Q4 results, dividend announcement and stock split update; what we know so far

Coforge share price: Shares of information technology solution provider Coforge rose on Tuesday after the company released its financial results for the quarter ended March 2025.

The stock advanced 6.36% to ₹7,9373.5 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 9:17 am.

Coforge reported a consolidated net profit of ₹261.2 crore in the March quarter, up 16.76% from ₹223.7 crore a year back, according to an exchange filing.

Revenue from operations for the reporting quarter rose 47% to ₹3,410 crore, compared to ₹2,318 crore in the year-ago period.

Sequentially, profit after tax and revenue climbed 21.2% and 4.6%, respectively.

During the quarter under review, the firm's order intake stood at USD 2.1 billion, and it signed five large deals across North America, the United Kingdom, and APAC.

Sudhir Singh, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Coforge, said, "FY25 was an exceptional year where the firm grew 32% in CC terms—driven by 14 large deals and broad-based growth in all of our verticals and geo-based businesses."

"The USD 1.56 billion TCV deal signed in Q4, a 47.7% YoY increase in the order executable book for next twelve months, and a growing large deals pipeline positions us well for strong growth in FY26," he added.

The company's total employee headcount stood at 33,497, a net addition of 403 sequentially and a 35.5% increase since the start of the year. The attrition rate improved 60 bps year-on-year to 10.9%.

Coforge announces 1:2 stock split, interim dividend; check record dates

The company's Board of Directors approved a fourth interim dividend of ₹19 per share for FY25.

The record date is set as May 12 to determine eligible shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend.

The company also informed that it has fixed June 4 as the record date for the stock split in a '1:2' ratio, splitting one equity share of the firm with a face value of ₹10 each into two equity shares of ₹5 each.
