The stock settled 3.83% higher at ₹1,479 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The scrip has declined 6.23% in a week and 0.21% on a monthly basis. It has zoomed 32.31% in the last 6 months and has declined 16.10% on a year-to-date basis.

It hit a 52-week high of ₹1,989.80 apiece on December 17, 2024, and a low of ₹1,047.45 on March 17, 2025.

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) made its debut on the stock exchanges on August 6, 2025, at ₹880 per unit, reflecting a jump of 10% from the issue price of ₹800 on the BSE.

CDSL Q1 results:

Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) reported a 23.7% year-on-year (YoY) fall in consolidated net profit at ₹102.40 crore in Q1 FY26, compared with ₹134.16 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations, however, inched up by 0.55% YoY. For the quarter, revenue from operations stood at ₹258.81 crore, against ₹257.38 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

EBITDA came in at ₹130.6 crore for the June quarter, 15.1% lower than the ₹154.4 crore recorded in the same period last year.

CDSL’s margin narrowed to 50.4%, from 60% a year ago.
