Bulk and block deals are major transactions where non-retail investors take part and trade in massive volumes and quantities in a single market day. For a trade to be classified as a block deal, the investor needs to execute an order of a minimum of ₹10 crore in a single transaction.

In case of bulk deals, the trades should exceed 0.5% of the outstanding shares of an individual stock bought or sold at a particular average trading price during the stock market session. Investors should check further details about the major block deal and multiple bulk deal trades executed on the Indian stock market before the opening bell.
