According to a regulatory filing dated September 4, the real estate developer stated that the premium residential project, acquired via outright purchase, spans a total land area of 4.04 acres and holds an estimated revenue potential of over ₹2,700 crore.

The realtor said the project is designed to cater to the growing demand for luxury housing in Hyderabad, adding that Brigade Barcelona will comprise more than 650 high-quality homes.

“The project offers expansive 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments tailored for modern urban lifestyles,” the filing read.

The company stated the project will include lifestyle amenities, such as an expansive eco-deck and a signature rooftop skywalk integrated with dedicated wellness zones.

Commenting on the expansion, Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said: "Our continued expansion in Hyderabad reflects our strong confidence in the city’s economic momentum and the depth of its real estate market.”

Mysore further said that Hyderabad has evolved into one of India’s “most compelling growth markets”, supported by its strong corporate ecosystem of IT and Global Capability Centres, infrastructure development and a growing base of discerning homebuyers.

“We are also seeing increasing demand for well-designed, premium homes in established and emerging micro-markets, particularly in the western corridor. Neopolis, with its strategic location and rapid transformation, is a strong example of this evolution,” he added.

Recent update

In a regulatory filing dated September 1, Brigade Enterprises informed the exchanges that it incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries, Celebrations Property Private Limited and Tetrarch Estates Private Limited.

“The said companies will take up development of real estate projects,” the filing read.

Brigade Enterprises stock performance

Shares of Brigade Enterprises closed 2.27% lower at ₹696.10 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, September 4. However, the expansion was announced after the market closed.

The scrip has climbed 8% in the past week and 19% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has jumped 3%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹802.01 per equity share on October 31, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹450.75 per unit on March 23, 2026.
