Brigade Enterprises on Monday, September 8, informed exchanges that it has signed a deal for developing a luxury residential project in East Bengaluru for a gross development value of ₹2,500 crore.

The realtor signed the joint development agreement to develop an area spanning 10.75 acres with a total saleable potential of 2.5 million square feet, it said in a regulatory filing.

The project, located in proximity to key commercial hubs and social infrastructure, will be designed to meet the dynamic aspirations of modern homeowners and investors alike, the realtor said.

Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd., said: “Bengaluru is our primary market, and this new development reflects our strategic commitment to focus on high-quality developments in premium micro markets that combine connectivity, infrastructure, and lifestyle appeal.”

“The location is rapidly evolving as a premium residential corridor, and we believe that this project will play a pivotal role in attracting a new generation of aspirational homebuyers. Brigade Enterprises' stock performance

Shares of Brigade Enterprises closed 0.04% higher at ₹910.70 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday. However, the announcement was made after the market closed.

The scrip lost 1.38% over the past week and 1.53% since the beginning of September. On a year-to-date basis, it has declined 26.87%.

While the stock reached a 52-week low of ₹852 on April 7, 2025, it hit a year’s low of ₹1,448.70 apiece on September 27, 2024.
