Borosil Scientific share price: Shares of Borosil Scientific surged as much as 20% to hit an intraday high of ₹126.60 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, February 12, as the company reported its earnings for the third quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q3FY26).

The stock was trading 17.34% higher at ₹124.79 per equity share as of 11:07 am.

The scrip has gained 17% in the past week and 7% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, it has advanced 3%.

While the share hit a 52-week low of ₹99.53 on January 21, 2026, it touched a year’s low of ₹190.79 per unit on July 18, 2025.

Borosil Scientific Q3 results

The company posted a 101.63% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹8.67 crore in the December quarter of FY26, compared to ₹4.3 crore it logged in the corresponding period last year.

Its revenue from operations advanced 19.57% YoY to ₹121.3 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹101.45 crore in the third quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q3FY25), it said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

Segment-wise, the Mumbai-based company’s revenue from the scientific laboratory glass & equipment and process system segment stood at ₹87.26 crore, marking a 23.7% YoY increase from ₹70.54 crore.

The glassware vertical contributed ₹32.89 crore to its revenue, up 10.62% YoY from ₹29.73 crore in Q3FY25.

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹17 crore in Q3FY26, reflecting a 71.83% YoY jump from ₹10 crore in the year-ago period.

Its EBITDA margin expanded to 14.18% for the reporting period, in comparison to 9.89% in the December quarter of FY25.
