Bharti Airtel record date: Telecom firm declares eligibility date for ₹24/share final dividend issue

Bharti Airtel’s board of directors after their board meeting on Friday, July 10, announced that the company has fixed the official record date for the company’s final dividend issue for the financial year ended 2025-26, according to an exchange filing.

NSE filings showed that Bharti Airtel fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders for the final dividend payment.

If approved in the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), all eligible shareholders will receive a dividend payment of ₹24 per share for every share they own in Bharti Airtel, up to one day ahead of the record date of the corporate action.

Bharti Airtel’s upcoming AGM is scheduled to take place on Monday, August 3, 2026, and the company will pay the dividend payment to shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval in the upcoming meeting.

“Upon approval of members, the dividend will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) to the members within 30 days from the date of approval to those members/ beneficial owners whose names appear in the register of members/ depository records as at close of business hours on Friday, July 24, 2026,” the telecom company informed the stock exchanges.

After the quarterly board meeting on May 13, 2026, the board recommended a ₹24 per share final dividend issue with a face value of ₹5 each and ₹6 per partly paid-up equity share for the financial year ended 2025-26.

Shares of Bharti Airtel surged to their 52-week high of ₹2,174.50 on November 21, 2025, while the 52-week low was at ₹1,740 on May 13, 2026, according to the exchange data. The telecom company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at over ₹11.93 lakh crore as of the trading session on Friday, July 10, 2026.
