BEML share price: Shares of state-run mining equipment manufacturer BEML Ltd rose on Monday, July 14, after the company said that it is considering a stock split.

In an exchange filing on Friday, the firm said that its board meeting will be held on July 21 to consider the sub-division/split of equity shares of the company.

BEML shares advanced 1.41% to ₹4,491.2 apiece on the National Stock Exchange at 1:50 pm.

On July 4, the company had secured two separate export orders. One from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region to supply heavy-duty bulldozers, and the second order from Uzbekistan to supply high-performance motor graders.

The total contract value of the two orders is about USD 6.23 million.

Last month, BEML's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.20 apiece of ₹10 each for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend proposal is subject to shareholders approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The dates for the AGM and dividend record date have not been announced yet.

BEML Q4 results

BEML had posted an 11.9% increase in consolidated profit at ₹287.55 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25. The company had recorded a post-tax profit of ₹256.80 crore a year back.

The income in Q4 FY25 stood at ₹1,656.36 crore, up from ₹1,518.25 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year, the filing on BSE said.

The profit after tax (PAT) for the year ended March 31, 2025, advanced to ₹292.52 crore compared to ₹281.77 crore in the year-ago fiscal.

BEML's income for FY25 slid to ₹4,045.95 crore from ₹4,096.56 crore in FY24.
