Bajaj Finance has announced a final dividend of ₹6 per share with June 30 as the record date. The NBFC delivered another strong quarterly earnings as its Q4FY26 consolidated net profit rose 22% YoY to ₹5,465 crore, while net interest income grew by 20% YoY to ₹11,781 crore supported by healthy loan growth, expanding customer franchise, and improving digital capabilities.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment stands out with a combined special and final dividend of ₹130 per share, among the highest payouts in the group. In FY26, the company paid total dividend of ₹195 to its shareholders. In March quarter, the company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹2,575 crore, a 49.2% YoY jump.
Bajaj Electricals has proposed a final dividend of ₹3 per share, with the record date yet to be announced. The company reported a mixed Q4FY26 performance with consolidated net loss of ₹67.53 crore compared to net profit of ₹59.05 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations fell 2.05% YoY to ₹1,240 crore amid changing consumer demand patterns and competitive pressures in the appliances segment.
Maharashtra Scooters has announced a final dividend of ₹60 per share with June 30 as the record date. The company primarily functions as an investment holding entity with significant exposure to Bajaj Group companies. Its quarterly earnings are largely driven by investment income and gains from its portfolio holdings.

Some of the other Bajaj Group companies like Bajaj Housing Finance, Bajaj Consumer Care, Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar have not announced any dividend for their shareholders.

Two wheeler maker Bajaj Auto annouced dividend of ₹150 per share but is not included in the above list as the record date for this dividend was May 29. Shareholders are likely to receive dividend payouts in their account on or around July 24, 2026.

Other Bajaj Group companies like Bajaj Electricals, Mukand Ltd and Indef Manufacturing have also announced dividends for their shareholders but yet to announce the record date.
