Arkade Developers jumps 3.3% on securing redevelopment project of 6.5 acres with GDV value of ₹1,700 crore

Arkade Developers has secured a 6.5-acre redevelopment project in Dahisar with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1700 crore. The project will offer a total saleable area of approximately 676,000 square feet and feature residential and commercial spaces aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-quality developments in the region.

Dahisar is a fast-growing micro-market, and the project is strategically located near Dahisar Station, Anand Nagar Metro Station and Western Express Highway.

The company is poised for significant business growth, with a robust pipeline of 16 projects in the MMR region, 6 of which are ongoing developments and 10 of which are upcoming developments.

Earlier, the company acquired a 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, which is currently leased to Filmistan and projected to generate a revenue of ₹2000 Crore.
