Afcons Infrastructure share price: Shares of EPC firm Afcons Infrastructure are expected to be in the spotlight on Tuesday, August 25, as it received an arbitral award of ₹335.50 crore in arbitral proceedings against Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).

According to a regulatory filing, the company received the arbitral award in its favour on August 24, 2026.

In the proceedings between Afcons and UPEIDA, the Arbitral Tribunal passed the arbitral award in favour of the former, awarding it a principal amount of ₹152.25 crore.

The Tribunal also awarded Afcons pre-award and pendente lite interest, calculated at the SBI base rate with quarterly rests from May 1, 2019 to August 24, 2026, of ₹183.23 crore, which took the aggregate total award to ₹335.50 crore.

The flagship company of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group said that the development will have a positive impact on its financial position.

It further stated that the awarded amount is payable subject to the condition that the counterparty does not challenge it within the stipulated period prescribed under law.

Afcons Infrastructure Q1 results

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹30.60 crore in the April-June quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27), marking a 77.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline from ₹137.40 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year.

Its revenue from operations fell 20.75% YoY to ₹2,671 crore during the quarter under review, compared with ₹3,370.38 crore in the first quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year (Q1 FY26).

In Q1 FY27, the firm witnessed healthy order inflows of ₹13,219 crore, taking its pending order book to stand at ₹43,290 crore as of June 2026.

Afcons Infrastructure stock trend

Shares of Afcons Infrastructure closed 0.09% lower at ₹278.65 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, August 24. However, the development was announced after the market closed.

The scrip gained 3% in the past week but lost more than 2% over the month. While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹479.40 apiece on October 10, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹259.10 per equity share on August 11, 2026.
