Adani Enterprises shares soar over 3%; Here’s what is driving the rally

Adani Enterprises share price: Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship firm of billionaire Gautam Adani's conglomerate, soared as much as 3.37% to a session’s high of ₹2,331 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, November 28.

The stock was trading 2.99% higher at ₹2,322.50 per equity share as of 12:30 pm.

This follows its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), taking over operational control of AGHPort Aviation Services Private Limited (AASPL), the company stated in a regulatory filing dated November 27.

As a result, AASPL became a subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of AEL, it added.

In a separate regulatory filing, the company stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd (ADSTL), and Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd (HASL) signed share purchase agreements on November 27.

The agreements were signed with Flight Simulation Solutions Pvt. Ltd (FSS) and Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt. Ltd (FSTC), a subsidiary of FSS, and its existing shareholders to acquire effectively 72.8% stake in FSTC for an enterprise value of ₹820 crore.

FSTC, India’s largest independent flight training and simulation provider, operates 11 advanced full-flight simulators and 17 training aircraft. It also offers comprehensive pilot training from commercial pilot licences to type ratings, recurrent training and specialised skill courses.

The share has fallen nearly 5% over the past five days and more than 4% over the month. It has declined approximately 5% in the last six months and over 6% year-to-date.

While the scrip reached its 52-week high of ₹2,616.50 on September 23, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹1,967.52 per equity share on March 3, 2025.

AEL has a total market capitalisation of ₹3 lakh crore, as of November 28, 2025, according to data on the NSE.
