Through this strategic investment, TCS will add over 100 experienced professionals with more than 400 Salesforce certifications to its Enterprise Solutions unit in the United States.
“The acquisition reflects TCS’ renewed emphasis on inorganic growth, supporting its strategic priorities in high-potential areas such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, digital engineering and enterprise solutions,” the company said in a statement.

Headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, ListEngage is a trusted Salesforce partner and member of its Advisory Boards for Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Founded in 2003, it is renowned for delivering personalised marketing solutions across the entire customer lifecycle.
In the last three years, the company has had a turnover of $15.6 million in FY22, $21.6 million in FY23 and $24.3 million in FY24.
The acquisition underscores TCS’s commitment to its customers in the United States and Canada, its largest global market, the company said. In more than 50 years of operations in the US, TCS has earned a reputation as a trusted partner that helps enterprises capitalise on future opportunities.

The country's largest software services company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹12,075 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year, marking an annual increase of 1.4% from ₹11,909 crore in the same period last year.
On a sequential basis, however, TCS' net profit declined 5.4% from ₹12,760 crore in the previous quarter.
The revenue from operations of Tata Consultancy Services climbed 3.72% to ₹65,799 crore in Q2 FY26, as against ₹63,437 in the June quarter of the current fiscal year. On a YoY basis, revenue climbed 2.39%.
On Thursday, shares of TCS settled at ₹3,060.20 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, rising 1.09%.
