ITC Hotels set to debut on NSE, BSE on January 29: Check details

ITC Ltd. on Monday, January 27 announced that its demerged hotel segment entity, ITC Hotel, will be listed on the NSE and BSE on Wednesday, January 29.

“Further to our letter dated 11th January, 2025, we write to advise that ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has informed us today that ITCHL has received approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for listing and trading of its equity shares effective 29th January, 2025,” the Kolkata-based entity said in a regulatory filing.

The demerger of ITC’s hotel business, first announced in July 2023, came into effect on January 1, 2025.

The diversified-conglomerate had set January 6, 2025 as the record date for the demerged entity. Therefore, people who held stock in the former as of January 3, received 1 share of ITC Hotel for every 10 shares of ITC they held (1:10 ratio).
