However, Maharashtra Assembly elections took place on November 20, leading to a market holiday. An announcement for this was made on November 11 after the company filed its RHP. As a result, the listing will now take place on Friday, November 22.

Zinka Logistics IPO Listing LIVE: Shares of Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd (BlackBuck IPO) are set to list on the NSE and the BSE on Friday, November 22.

The initial share sale was subscribed 1.86 times, receiving bids for 4,19,40,018 shares against 2,25,67,270 equity shares on offer.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid the most, subscribing to their portion 2.76 times, the retail portion was booked 1.65 times, while the non-institutional investors (NIIs) category subscribed to 24%.

Zinka Logistics Solutions IPO, with a price band of ₹259-₹273 apiece, was a mix of fresh issue of ₹550 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹565 crore.

The money raised will be used to invest in a subsidiary, sales and marketing initiatives, product development and general corporate purposes.
